I received one of those cute little blog awards....and I thought it would be a good time to accept it and show it off!

The LOL Award |
In honor of Thirsty Thursday at FTLOB...I tried to drink from my award, but it was not so successful...so I just poured myself a glass of chocolate milk and will have call it a Not-so-Thirsty-Thursday!
Now there are rules that go along with receiving and accepting such a coveted award...
1. I must "pimp-out" the person who gave me the award. I received my award from NOT ABOUT CAKE. Her number is 326-523-7692....and the first fifteen callers will receive free cakes! Seriously, you should see the cakes this woman decorates. However, since I received the award from her site that is "Not About Cake"...then I guess you will not receive a cake. But if you want to call her anyway, tell her that her 'New Pimp' said to give her a call and please let her know I expect a 40% cut of all business!
2. Pass it on! Do you ever read a post from a blog and it makes you laugh out loud? I love when that happens, so I am changing interpreting the rules a little differently, and I am going to slowly give this award away. When I come across a post on a blog that makes me laugh out loud, I will give them this award in the comments. So the first LOL Award goes to...(drumroll)
OK, I am not just playing Hockey favorites here....I really do laugh out loud when I read her posts. So do me a favor and head over to this blog and make sure to tell her The Hockey Wife sent you! Check out the sidebar, I will post the button and post title of the most recent blog that made me laugh out loud for the day! It could be you next!
3. List seven things people don't know about me. This is always hard when you try to blog anonymously, but I will give it a shot. I already shared a few things about me here...but I am sure I can think of a few more.- I am not a fan of ice cream. I can easily pass when it comes to this little frozen treat...and not feel like I am missing anything. We rarely have ice cream in our freezer, and if we do it probably is left over from someone's birthday 7 months ago!
- I am currently trying to grow "hair" on a President Obama Ch-ch-ch-chia Head! I am not too successful right now, as the President of the United States has a mullet!
- I can drink A LOT of Guinness beer! It is my favorite! I bet you didn't know that Guinness beer has fewer calories than a Budweiser!! Budweiser has 143 calories and a Guinness has only 125 calories!
- I once lost my passport and all of my money and credit cards within thirty minutes of landing in New Zealand...only to have it turned in by an honest person at the airport police station!
- Before they made it big, I saw The Dave Matthews Band open up for The Samples. I am sure some of you don't even know who The Samples are, but we all know DMB!
- I will teach group fitness classes and talk about the importance of eating a nutritious snack after the workout...then I will go home and eat chocolate cake!
- My husband or children will never be politicians....because I went to Mardi Gras in 1997! Enough said!
So thank you to
Not About Cake for this wonderful award. I will display it for everyone to
envy see on the right side of my blog! I couldn't have stayed up far too late working on this post without you!
